Booking Procedure & Payment Policy

Dear Patrons, Greetings from Travel Himalayas! We are an HP Government approved tour operator based in Manali since 2002 — Approval No. 2-28/2007-MNL-TD-3704. Below is our simple, transparent booking and payment procedure for all our tours, packages, taxi services and adventure activities.

How to Book — Step by Step

Get in Touch & Get Your Quote

WhatsApp or call us on +91-98162-56954 or 98177-56954 with your travel dates, pickup point, number of passengers and preferred vehicle. We will provide a personalised, all-inclusive quote promptly.

Confirm Your Booking with Advance Payment

To confirm your booking, deposit 50% of the total amount in our bank account (details below) via NEFT/IMPS, UPI, Paytm or Google Pay. Send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp for instant confirmation.

Receive Booking Confirmation

Once we receive the advance payment, we will send your booking confirmation on WhatsApp including driver details, vehicle number and trip itinerary. A GST invoice is issued on request.

Pay Balance on Arrival / Check-in

The remaining 50% balance is to be paid at the time of check-in at the hotel, or at the start of your taxi trip. Cash or Demand Draft only — we do not accept cheques, credit cards or debit cards at check-out.

GST is applicable on all tour packages, taxi services and accommodation bookings as per prevailing Government of India rates. A GST-compliant invoice is available on request.

📋 International Payment Terms (via Razorpay International Bank Transfer)
  • International payments are accepted through local-currency bank accounts using your familiar local rail — ACH, FPS, SEPA, EFT or SWIFT — so you pay just like a domestic transfer in your own country.
  • Funds are received in the local currency and the final settlement is made to us in INR, after applicable charges — there is no separate paperwork required from you as the payer.
  • A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every international transaction; please request yours after payment.
  • Pricing is transparent at roughly 1% with zero forex markup, with no hidden setup or maintenance fees.
  • For currencies without a dedicated local account above, use the SWIFT account — it accepts payments in 135+ currencies across 180+ countries.
  • After transfer, share your payment reference / SWIFT MT103 / screenshot on WhatsApp +91-98162-56954 for immediate confirmation.
  • International settlements may take 2–5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank and the currency rail used.

  • Always share your payment UTR / screenshot on WhatsApp after transfer.
  • Advance amounts are non-refundable in case of cancellation — refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • For prepone/postpone requests, communicate in writing at least 7 days in advance — ₹3,000 extra charge applies.
