Every itinerary below is built to order across Himachal, Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Spiti Valley, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Goa, Kerala and international routes, plus the Chaar Dhaam, Amarnath and Kailash Mansarovar yatras. We have worked out of Aleo, Manali since 2002 as a direct operator, not a reseller — our own cabs and Tempo Travellers, our own drivers, hotels contracted directly. That is why the same hotel and the same vehicle costs less booked through us than through a portal. Tap any tile to see the full range of itineraries and prices.

When to travel in 2026
Picking the right month matters more than picking the right hotel. Here is how the year splits across our destinations.
March – June
Peak hill season
Himachal, Uttarakhand and Kashmir are at their best. Chaar Dhaam opens late April or early May. Book six to eight weeks ahead — this is when hotels sell out and rates climb.
June – September
High-altitude window
The only reliable stretch for Leh Ladakh and the full Spiti circuit, once Khardung La, Chang La and the Manali–Leh highway clear. Amarnath Yatra runs July to August.
October – November
Best value shoulder
Clear skies, thin crowds and rates about 15–20% below peak. Ladakh stays open into early October. Rajasthan and Kerala come into season as the north cools down.
December – February
Snow and the south
Snow at Solang, Kufri and Gulmarg, with Christmas and New Year the costliest week of the year. Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala and the Andamans are all at their best now.

What travellers say

Booked a 6N Shimla–Manali trip for eight of us. The Tempo Traveller was clean, the driver knew every shortcut around the Kullu traffic, and the final bill matched the quote to the rupee. No surprise charges at the end, which is more than I can say for the last agent we used.

Our Leh–Nubra–Pangong package got reworked twice after we shifted our dates, with no fuss and no rebooking fee. They had an oxygen cylinder in the car and insisted we spend the first full day in Leh doing nothing, which turned out to be exactly the right call.

Leh Ladakh 5N · July 2026
★★★★☆
Kashmir 5N with the houseboat night on Dal Lake. The hotels were a grade above what we had paid for, and the Pahalgam driver waited without complaint while we lost track of time in Betaab Valley. Only gripe is the Gulmarg day started painfully early.

Tour package FAQs
How much does a tour package cost in 2026?
Himachal starts from ₹6,999 per person for 2 nights / 3 days on twin sharing. Kashmir is around ₹14,999 for 4 nights, Leh Ladakh from ₹18,500 for 3 nights land-only, and Spiti from ₹21,500 for 5 nights. What moves the number is hotel category, vehicle type, group size and month — peak season runs roughly 20–30% above shoulder months. The full 2026 price list is here.
What is the best time to visit Leh Ladakh?
June to September is the main window, when Khardung La, Chang La and the Manali–Leh highway are all open. May and October are shoulder months — fewer people, roughly 15% cheaper — though early May can still see pass closures. From November to April the region is effectively shut to road tourists, apart from the Chadar Trek in January and February.
What does the package price include?
Hotel on twin sharing, a private vehicle with driver for the whole trip, fuel, tolls, parking, driver allowance and inner-line permits where they apply. Breakfast is standard. Lunch and dinner, monument tickets, gondola and shikara tickets, adventure activities and airfare are extra. You get the inclusions and exclusions in writing before you pay anything, and the quoted figure is the final figure.
Can packages be customised for families, honeymooners or senior citizens?
Yes — every itinerary is built to order. For families with young children we shorten the driving days and pick hotels with lawns or play areas. For honeymoon couples we arrange room decoration, a candlelight dinner and a private cab throughout. For senior travellers we slow the altitude gain, add rest days and ask for ground-floor rooms.
How do I book, and how much is the advance?
Send your dates, group size and destination on WhatsApp at +91-98162-56954 or email travelhimalayas.india@gmail.com. A costed itinerary comes back within 24 hours. To confirm, pay 25% as advance; the balance is due on arrival. Refunds follow the cancellation policy on our terms and conditions page.
Do you handle Amarnath, Chaar Dhaam and Kailash Mansarovar yatras?
All three. Amarnath runs via both Baltal and Pahalgam with helicopter options, and we help with Form A registration and the Form B medical certificate. Chaar Dhaam covers Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath, with helicopter add-ons for Kedarnath. Kailash Mansarovar runs as an 11-day helicopter route, a 15-day land route and a 17-day Land Cruiser route, all with our own ground teams.
Are you a direct operator or a reseller?
Direct. We work out of Aleo, Manali and have done since 2002. Our own cabs and Tempo Travellers, drivers who have run the Manali–Leh and Spiti roads for years, hotels contracted by us rather than through an aggregator. That is the whole reason the same hotel and the same vehicle costs less booked through us than through a portal.
Which vehicle should I pick for a hill trip?
Two to four people on Himachal or Kashmir routes: a Dzire or Etios is fine. Five or six with luggage: Ertiga or Innova. For Leh Ladakh and Spiti we only supply Innova, Innova Crysta, Scorpio or Xylo — the gradients and water crossings on those routes need the ground clearance. Nine or more travel by Tempo Traveller, in 12, 14, 17, 20 or 26-seat configurations.
